What is the etiology of too much knowledge?

The Daily DeMo, Edition 5

DD29 :: Friday - Contrary to my belief, my kitchen window really wasn't painted shut! This does wonders for the ventilation in my kitchen and this summer I won't be sweating nearly as much while I do my cooking.

DD30 :: Saturday - Even though the weatherman said the high would be 75 and sunny today, it most definitely was not. More like 55 degrees and cloudy. Someone asked me today, "Are you out of your mind?!" when they saw me in shorts.

DD31 :: Sunday - I learned more about Pastor Doug tonight, stories of his childhood that I hadn't heard before.

DD32 :: Monday - I looked up the definition for tinnitus (ringing or buzzing in the ears) and etiology (the cause, set of causes, or manner of causation of a disease or condition).

DD33 :: Tuesday - Derby used to be called El Paso, and there used to be a toll to cross the bridge from Delano to the east side of the river.

DD33.1 - You can play Old Snakey in Gmail.

DD34 :: Wednesday - Tonight's moon is a waning gibbous.

DD34.1 - The Eli Young Band is just as good the second time. And has the same groupies.

DD35 :: Thursday - Terro kills roly polies. Oops!

DD35.1 - Bill from PW used to play cello in high school.

This weekend offers many choices of entertainment. Some of it involves being spontaneous. :) What are your plans for the weekend? What did you learn this week?

PS. According to the definition of etiology, I don't think that my title question makes much sense. Just an attempt to pique your curiosity!

YOU CALL THEM ROLY POLIES TOO?! The fuzzy brown and black short little creatures that are especially around in the fall? This is what I grew up calling them but no one else has ever seemed to have heard of that name.

Ok, that was a totally spontaneous outburst. Sorry, but that made me excited :)

Yesterday, I learned (from Greg) that I can find out the date that a digital photo was taken by looking at the file info in Photoshop. (My Mac, in both Preview and Finder, was only showing the date I had downloaded it since it was sent to me in an email and not downloaded from my own camera.) This was important to me since I like to rename all photos by date taken for scrapbooking and printing purposes. :)

Someday I need a Google products lesson from you. If you could throw in everything you know about blogs and design that'd be good too.
I sent you an email concerning the xanga issue. Hope it helps.

I thought of you yesterday when I learned that John Denver's dad was a pilot and flight instructor. That counts, right?

I like your way of going through your week day by day! You seem like you have a fun life! Thanks for the "fish advice". They probably do need a filter, but I am not going through the trouble (mainly money) to get that for a few fun fish. Ya, we tried a Beta fish the first time and he lasted the night and was dead by morning. Pretty sad! Seriously, I think I am cursed. My sister-in-law was able to keep a gold fish a live for at least a few months. Who knows what went wrong with me ;)
